All orders of in stock items received before 12/18 at 3pm EST are guaranteed to be on time for Christmas with the Free Shipping option. Other faster options also available during checkout. Last day for Next Day Air Shipping is 12/23 at 2pm EST.
Free Shipping Option
We currently offer free standard shipping option (usually arrive in 5-10 business days) on all order in our web site. No minimum order is required for orders shipped to a US or Canadian address however, a minimum order of $98 is required to get the free shipping option for orders shipped outside the USA & Canada. To get the Free Shipping just choose it as your preferred shipping option. If the option is not available please make sure your total is larger than $98 if the shipping destination is outside the USA & Canada.
Domestic Shipping
Products are shipped via UPS on the same business day for orders placed before 4 p.m. EST. For items warehoused in Italy, email notification will be sent that your item will be shipped in the next 24 hours. Orders with items from several manufacturers might arrive in separate packages at different times according to the location of the product.
UPS Ground averages 2 business day in the Southeast, 3 days to the Midwest and up to 5 days to destinations on the West Coast.
International Shipping
We offer USPS Global Express Air or UPS International to most international destinations. This service generally takes 1 week. However, during busy periods, it may take up to 3 weeks.
Back orders and Special Orders
If your item is not in stock in our US warehouse, we will ship it from Italy at the domestic shipping rate. The expected ship date for an item coming from Italy is 5 business days.
Return Policy
We do our best to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Should you not be completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly provide an exchange or refund within 30 days from date of purchase, provided all items are unused and in the original wrapping. The cost of the item will be refunded to your credit card less the shipping charges. Please note that while embossing do not affect the warranty on a product, embossed items are not returnable.

A return number is required for returns. Please call us for a return number. Please include your packing slip, e-mail receipt, or contact information with the returned item. Please insure the item for the full amount you paid, we will not be able to credit an item that is lost or defected. You will be credited once the item arrives to our warehouse and is inspected, a restocking fee of 15% will be charged deducted as well as the shipping cost. For exchanges please include a short note with the model and color of the item you would like in exchange. We will charge or credit any difference in price for the exchange to your account.
